Order Timeline

After an order is placed it will require 5-8 weeks in production before the item is ready to be shipped. Each pieces is custom with hands on artistry required and cannot be expedited.

Shipping

Once your order is ready you will receive a shipping confirmation. Shipping times will vary depending on your location however you can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation. All orders come with tracking and require signature upon delivery.

Returns

All pieces are custom made to order & final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
